Noted Physician and Surgeon Dies at Chamois Home, Dr. L. F. Biesemeyer Passes;

CHAMOIS, Mo., Nov. 14--Funeral services were conducted at St. John's Evangelical church here Monday at 2:00 p. m. for the late Dr. L. F. Biesemeyer, prominent physician and surgeon. Dr. Biesemeyer was born near Warrenton, Mo., April 28, 1857, and came to Chamois 19 years ago. Prior to his arrival here he had practiced medicine at Holstein and Westphalia, Mo. Biesemeyer was a graduate of Central Weslyan College of Warrenton. He also graduated from several short courses elsewhere. Dr. Biesemeyer was married to Miss Antonia Westermann of Westphalia on July 20, 1886, and only this summer celebrated their golden wedding anniversary. Besides his widow, Dr. Biesemeyer is survived by three children, two brothers and two sisters.
