Anna Katherine Scroggin Wallace

Anna Katherine Scroggin Wallace, 60, of Williamstown, died at 11:19 a.m. Monday at St. Elizabeth Medical Center/Grant County. She was a homemaker and a former operator for Cincinnati Bell Telephone. She was an active member of Williams town Baptist Church, where she had served as a Sunday school teacher. She was a member and past president of the Grant County Woman's Cl ub and a past governor of the Fifth District-Kentucky Federation of Women's Clubs. Survivors include her husband, Leland D. Wallace; a son, Gary Wallace of Williamstown; a daughter, LeAnn Collins of Williamstown; a brother, Eddie Scroggins of Williamstown; sisters, Willena Kenner of Williamstown and Betty S. Points of Wilmington, N.C.; and three grandchildren. Memorial services will be at 7:30 p.m. Thursday at Elliston-Stanley Funeral Home, Williamstown. Graveside services will be at 11 a.m. Friday at Williamstown Cemetery. Memorials are suggested to the building fund at Williamstown Baptist Church. Victor Wainscott, of Berry, died 7 a.m. today at his home. Arrangements are pending at Elliston-Stanley, Funeral Home, Williamstown.
