She was born July 25, 1938 in Golds Valley and was the daughter of the late Earlie Otto Crouch and Eula Smith Crouch.
She was a retired clerk for the Internal Revenue Service and was a former beautician. She had been a former member of the Crittenden City Council, former president of the PTA and had been active with the Girl Scouts. At the time of her passing, she was a member of the Mt. Pisgah United Methodist Church. Survivors include her husband, Franklin Dewey Scroggins; a daughter, Robin Scroggins of Crittenden and a brother, James A. Crouch of Erlanger.
Funeral services were held on March 18 at the Eckler-McDaniel Funeral Home in Dry Ridge with Rev. Howard Chipman and Rev. Sean Ryan officiating.
Burial was in the Mt. Pisgah Cemetery.
