Rethel Marie Bugg, 75 of Hillsdale died Thursday, April 26 at her residence. Mrs. Bugg was born in Kentucky on May 29, 1936 the daughter of James and Ella (Owens) Tibby. Rethel was a long time nurses aide at Vermillion Convalescent Center. She was preceded in death by her son, Bill Bruce. Survivors include her children; Michael, Rick, Gary, Carol Kieth Bruce, Patsy Doan, Jenny Adair, Mark, Joe, Scott Bruce, Heidi Estes and Jon Bruce. 26 grandchildren and 32 great-grandchildren. Private Family services will be held with burial at Spangler Cemetery. Arrangements are under the direction of Simple Cremations and Burials.
