Alma Rebecca (Fowler) Richardson 86, of Salem died at 6:30 Pm Wednesday at Vibra Speciality Hospital in Boardman.
Alma was born on July 1, 1927 in West Brownsville, Pa., the daughter of the late Benjamin Franklin and Ellen Elizabeth (Gue) Fowler.
She was a former dental assistant at Dr. Maxiums office 21 years. A member of the Salem Bible Methodist Church.
Alma enjoyed visiting and talking to people. She had a love for music and enjoyed singing with her neighbors the Hawkins sisters. Alma enjoyed making special towels for the kitchen and would give away or sell in the area.
She will be missed by her daughter, Janet F. (Samuel) Campbell of St. Louis, Mo., siblings, Ruth Fuller of Albany, NY, Leah (frank) Durst of McClellandtown, Pa., and June (Leo) Quarzo of West Brownsville, Pa., grandchildren, Aaron (Julianna) Campbell, Jeremy (Heather) Campbell, great grandchildren, Lillian, and the twins, Sophia and Natalie, 15 nieces and nephews, a sister-in-law Marian Fowler of Irwin, Pa.
In addition to her parents, she is preceded in death on January 7, 2013 by her husband, Robert F. Richardson whom she married on March 24, 1951, siblings Mervin and Harold Fowler.
