John H. Cummings Sr, age 66, of Maryville, passed away Monday morning, March 10, 2014 at home. He was a veteran of the U.S. Army.
Preceded in death by parents, James and Zelma Cummings; twin brother, Jim and brother, Mayford.
Survivors include his wife of 41 years, Mary Cummings; son, John H. Cummings JR "Johnny" and wife, Michelle Cummings; grandchildren, PV2 Cummings Anthony, Joseph and Samuel Cummings; brother Clifford, brothers and sister in laws Don and Cathy, Denise and Connie, Danny and Vicky; sister Linda Gail and husband Donnie Phillips; a host of aunts, uncles, cousins, nieces and nephews and best friends, Johnny and Bobby Russell and Ray Graham.
Family and friends will meet at Miller Funeral Home for funeral procession to Williamson Chapel at 10:00 a.m. Service and interment will be held 11:00 a.m. Thursday, March 13, 2014 at Williamson Chapel Cemetery.
