Son of Daniel and Annie (Wagner) Goodwin. He worked with his father building boats and was a building contractor in Yarmouth. He was a volunteer firefighter with Naiad Company for 17 years. He is survived by his wife, two daughters, a son and six grandchildren. Predeceased by his parents, brother of the late Mary "Libby" Fraser , Alice McHarg,
Warren Goodwin and Daniel Goodwin, Dorothy Nickerson.
