John Feathers, aged 60 years, died at his home here Friday. The funeral was held Sunday afternoon at the M. E. church and burial was in Groveland. He is survived by his wife, seven children, two sisters and one brother.

John Feathers, 60, passed away Friday afternoon at his home at Conesus Center. Funeral services were held Sunday afternoon at 2 o'clock from the Methodist church at Conesus Center, Rev. French officiating. Interment was made in Lake View cemetery, Groveland.

Walter L. Feathers of East Commercial Street, East Rochester, died May 1.

He is survived by one son, John of Victor; three daughters, Mrs. Raymond Cook of Clarkston, Georgia, Miss Barbara Feathers of East Rochester, Mrs. Glenn (Anna) Years of Honeoye Falls, one brother, William of Conesus, two sisters, Mrs. Marian Sliker of Canandaigua, and Mrs. Elmer (Martha) Johnston of Sodus and fourteen grandchildren.

Services were at the Harloff Funeral Home in East Rochester on Saturday, May 4. Burial will be in White Haven Cemetery.

Martha E. Johnston

SODUS - Martha E. Johnston, 88, passed away peacefully Sunday, April 21, 2002 at the Wayne County SNF in Lyons.

Martha was born May 4, 1913 in Geneseo, a daughter of John and Julia (Matson) Feathers. She was predeceased by her husband George Johnston in 1978 and her two sons Stanley Johnston in 1989 and James Johnston in 2001.

She enjoyed gardening, cooking, crocheting, tending her animals, but most of all she loved to spend time with her family.

Martha is survived by 11 grandchildren, 19 great grandchildren, nieces, nephews, cousins and dear friends.

Friends called Monday, 2-4 and 7-9 at the Chamberlin-Baird Funeral Home, 73 Main St., Dansville, where funeral services will be held at 1 p.m., Wednesday, the Rev. James Stevens officiating. Burial was in Lakeview Cemetery, Groveland. Memorial contributions may he made to a charity of the donor's choice
