This memorial states that Daisy was the "wife of John Goodspeed" but no records have been found to support this fact. (Source: Find A Grave Member #48713235)"Mrs. Daisy Goodspeed, aged 65, died Saturday night in Otsego county hospital, Phoenix Mills. Mrs. Goodspeed was born April 10, 1882, at New Lisbon. Surviving are a son, Cecil Goodspeed; a brother, Ora Goodspeed; and six grandchildren, all of Cooperstown; a half-brother, Wallace Livingston, New Lisbon; and a half-sister, Mrs. Florence Carr, Leonardsville. The funeral was at 2 p. m. Tuesday at Ingalls Funeral home, Cooperstown. The Rev. Theodore L. Conklin, pastor of the Baptist church, in Cooperstown officiated and burial was in Hartwick cemetery."
