Harriet Ann Puckett, 57, resident of rural Dewey, died Sunday in Bartlesville.

Memorial services will be held at 12:00 P.M., Saturday in the New Hope Indian Methodist Church west of Dewey, Oklahoma.

Memorials may be made to the New Hope Indian Methodist Church, 910 W. 9th, Dewey, Oklahoma 74029.

Harriet is survived by her husband Marcus Timothy Puckett of Dewey and one son Daniel Ryan Puckett of Bartlesville.
