Roy Walters was born in Jackson, Mississippi. He did many things in his life, river boat, short order cook and last he was a painter and hung wall paper. He would ride around a neighborhood and if he saw a house that needed to be painted he'd work up a bid, walk up to the door and present it to the home owner. He usually got the job.

Roy Walters was the wonderful husband of Myrtle Walters; father (not by blood but of love) of Violet (Henry) Heiman and Henry (Jane) Bergfeld.

Three Grandkids; Dennis Bergfeld, Judy Heiman and Susan Bergfeld.

Grandpa let each of his grandkids know just how important we were to him.

Son of Joseph Walters and Bertha Palmmer

Myrtel and Roy attended Brooks Bible Institute and were amazing Sunday School teachers. They witnessed to many through their love of the Lord.

Mr. Walters was a member and Sunday School Teacher of Fourth Baptist Church, he served the Lord wherever and whenever God gave him an opportunity.
