DARNELL, ANNA MAE - age 89 of Seymour, passed away Thursday, January 30, 2014. She was a member of Union Valley Baptist Church. She was preceded in death by her husband, Andrew Lawson Darnell, parents, John and Gertrude Cowan Lett, sisters, Hilda Mays and Ethel Cagle. Survivors: daughter and son-in-law: Linda and Gary Chance; grand-children: Eddie McCarter, and Leann McCarter; special great grandson: Spencer Bailey all of Seymour; sister: Barbara Rudd and husband Ronald of Knoxville. Funeral service 11:00 AM Saturday in Atchley's Seymour Chapel with Pastor Hudson Chesteen officiating. Interment will follow in Boyd's Creek Cemetery.
