Geneva Esther Cochrane, 90, of Bloomfield, passed away at 5 p.m., Monday, June 4, 2001 at Lyons Health & Living Center. She was born Aug. 3, 1910 in Daviess County, and was the daughter of Clem and Randy Pownall. She was a homemaker and enjoyed quilting. Survivors include, two sons, Donald E. Cochrane and Leon Cochrane of Bloomfield; six grandchildren; nine great grandchildren; one great great granddaughter. She was preceded in death by her husband, James H. Cochrane on Jan. 13, 1994, two brothers, and one sister. Funeral services will be at Jenkins Funeral Home in Bloomfield at 10 a.m. on Thursday with the Rev. Billy Ed Hostettler officiating. Burial will follow at Simpson Chapel Cemetery.
