Lillian A. Harkness, 90, of Forand Manor, died Tuesday at Memorial Hospital of RI in Pawtucket after an illness. She was the wife of the late Raymond J. Harkness.
She was born in Cambridge, MA. a daughter of the late William and Edith (Jones) Publicover. She had resided in Cambridge for 30 years before moving to RI. She had been employed for several years at Chas. Bruning Co. of Boston.
She leaves a sister, Barbara Warner of Boston and a brother Edward Publicover of Florida. Her nieces, Deborah Cardin of Pawtucket and Dorothy Dean of Hope, RI were her principal caregivers. She also leaves several other nieces and nephews.
A Funeral Service will be held Friday at 11 AM in the Charles Coelho Funeral Home, 151 Cross St. Central Falls. Relatives and friends are invited to attend and may call Friday morning from 9AM. Burial will follow in Moshassuck Cemetery, Central Falls.
