Robert Harris Reese, age 91, of Parrottsville, passed away Monday, January 20, 2014. He attend Brimer's Chapel Church and was a veteran having served in the United States Army during WWII.
He was preceded in death by his parents, Lucius and Sallie Reese.
He is survived by his wife Mae Reese of Parrottsville; daughters, Glenda (Paul) Beirnes, of Columbia, TN; Erica Reese of Parrottsville; grandchildren, Denae, Shana and Landon Beirnes; sisters, Janella Johnson, Newport, Kate Bradley, Dandridge, Martha Lewis and Dinah Valentine of Newport, Betty O'Dell of- Greenville, Ohio, Esther Keel, Plano, Texas and Doris Dennis of Dandridge; and many other family and friends.
Funeral services will be held at 7:00 pm Friday, January 24, 2014 in Manes Funeral Home Chapel, with Rev. David Ramsay officiating. Entombment will be held at 10:00 am Saturday, January 25, 2014 in Resthaven Memorial Mausoleum. The family will receive friends from 5:00 pm – 7:00 pm Friday at Manes Funeral Home prior to the funeral services.
