From Jay Chapel: "Cruz Macias Adame passed away on May 29, 2007 in a Madera Convalescent Hospital, at the age of 93. Born in Mexico she has been a resident of Madera since 1949 where she was a homemaker. Cruz was a member of St. Joachim Catholic Church and a past member of the Guadalupana Society of the Parish. In her leisure time Cruz enjoyed cooking, crocheting, gardening and the growing of roses and tulips.

Cruz was preceded in her death by her husband of 69 years, Fabian Adame on November 16, 2003.

She is survived by her [8] beloved children;... She is the sister of .... She is survived by 30 grandchildren, 34 great grandchildren, and 10 great great grandchildren.

A Vigil Service will be on Thursday, May 31, 2007 at 4 o'clock in the afternoon in Jay Chapel. Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated on Friday, June 1, 2007 at 1 PM at
St. Joachim Catholic Church, interment will follow at Calvary Cemetery.

Remembrances may be made to St. Joachim Catholic Church Building Fund."Vigil services for Cruz M Adame, 93, of Madera will be at 4p.m. today at Jay Chapel. Mass will be celebrated at 1 p.m. Friday at St. Joachim's Catholic Church.

Mrs Adame, a homemaker, died Tuesday. Remembrances may be sent to St. Joachim's Catholic Church Building Fund, 401 W Fifth St., Madera, CA 93637
