| Birth: | Jun. 30, 1923 | | Death: | Jun. 18, 2002 |  Raymond Clines, 79, of Carlisle, passed away at 3:15 p.m. Tuesday, June 18, 2002, at Oak Village Nursing Home in Oaktown. Born June 30, 1923, in Stone County, Mo., he was the son of Otis and Martha (Tuttle) Clines. He was retired from the United Mine Workers of America. He was a member of Indian Prairie Church, and was a veteran of the Army, having served during World War II. Survivors include his wife, Imogene Murphy Clines of Carlisle; two daughters, Brenda Smith of Paxton and Debbie Woolard of Seymour; three sons, Dan Clines of Oklahoma City, Okla., Dallas Clines of Sullivan, and Chuck Clines of Battle Creek Mich.; one brother, Allen Clines of Williams; one sister, Zova Andrews of Anderson; nine grandchildren, Justin Smith, Amanda Lantzy, Valerie Hoesman, Ashley Hoesman, Christopher Clines, Kelly Clines, Tiphany Clines, Alicia Clines and Cole Clines; and one great grandchild. Funeral services will be at Newkirk Funeral Home in Dugger at 1 p.m. on Friday with the Rev. Paul Jones officiating. Burial will follow at Indian Prairie Cemetery with the Dugger American Legion conducting graveside service.
