Mrs. Odetta Hahs, 77 years old of Marble Hill, died Friday at Cape LaCroix Manor near Cape Girardeau. She had been in ill health for several months. She was born January 3, 1895 in Arlington, Ohio, daughter of the late Mr. and Mrs. J.F. Ricketts.
In April 1916 she married Oscar B. Hahs of Lutesville. He preceded her in death August 9, 1957.
Surviving are two sons, Robert Hahs of St. Louis, MO; and Charles E. 'Dick' Hahs of Cape Girardeau, MO; one daughter, Mrs. Dale (Rebecca) Bollinger of Marble Hill, MO; four brothers, Charles Ricketts of Lutesville, MO; Chauncey M. Ricketts of Lutesville, MO; Fred V. Ricketts of Marble Hill, MO; John Ricketts of St. Louis, MO; and nine grandchildren.
Services were Sunday at Ward Funeral Home. Burial was in Bollinger County Memorial Cemetery, near Lutesville.
