Philip Seifert, aged 24 years, died at the Utica State Hospital Wednesday of throat and lung trouble. Deceased had been in the hospital for about three months. He had always lived in Rome. Besides being a member of the German Lutheran church, he was a member of Rome Lodge, IOOF. His body was brought to Rome and taken to the home of his sister, Mrs. Benjamin Roenback, 403 South James street. Besides Mrs. Roenbeck he leaves another sister, Miss Maggie Seifert of Rome, two brothers, William of Rome and Fred of Chicago.
