Son of Joseph & Sarah Ann (Stapleton)Whiteley. Married Priscilla Seehorn, March 24, 1867 Newton County, Arkansas, they later divorced. Isaac was a Tanner and a United Baptist Church Missionary.
Rev. Isaac Whiteley's name is associated with the earliest United/Free Will Baptist ministers in Arkansas. Goodspeed credits with early Arkansas church in 1837, and Isaac's bro, Samuel Whitely, also a minister, and Charles B. Whitely, were in NW AR by 1832, per family history. Isaac was in the Madison Co. 1840 census, and a land record is found for him there, in Aug. 1844.

Susannah Johnston (1803-1842) married Ike in 1823 and bore him 9 children: Cynthia, Mary Elizabeth, Samuel, Joseph, Louisa, William, Nancy Adeline, Sarah Ann and Lewis W. Whiteley.
Elizabeth McCamish (1811-1867) married Ike in 1850 and bore him 1 child: James Knox Polk Whiteley.
He married Priscilla Seahorn (1805-1903) in 1867 and they divorced in 1883. They had no children.
