Ephraim married, November 25, 1761, Penelope Tryon (1739-1826) by whom he had 5 children (1 son and 4 daughters): Penelope (1762-1768), Noah (b. 1764), Jemima (b. 1765), Ruth (b. 1767), and Penelope (b. 1769)
