Spencer Woman Dead
Mrs Frances E VanKleeck died at the home of her daughter, Mrs Addison Ferris, with whom she was living, in Ithaca, N.Y., Monday, Sept. 30, 1907. She was born Feb. 12, 1834, and was married, when 18 years of age, to Jesse VanKleeck by whom she borne five children, two of whom, Mrs william Ferris of Ithaca and Miss Irene B VanKleeck of Spencer, survive her. Two brothers, William Maine of Locke and Ira Maine of VanEtten; one sister, Mrs J Montgomery of spencer. She was a member of the Presbyterian church of Spencer and was held in high esteem by all who knew her. The remains were taken to Spencer today and the funeral was conducted by Rev John Knox, her pastor, at 3 p.m. today at the home of her sister, Mrs Montgomery. Interment in the cemetery opposite the church.
