Mrs. Edna Albertson, 78, of 844 W. Park, suffered a heart attach yesterday aboard a San Francisco-bound airplane from Honolulu. The plane, which had been aloft for two hours, returned to Honolulu and Mrs. Albertson was taken to Queen's Hospital in critical condition.
Mrs. Albertson was returning from a six-week vacation in Hawaii when she was stricken.
