He was born on August 10, 1944, to Mary Vernon Key and the late Hassell Paul Key.
Steve was retired from Western Southern Insurance Co.
Surviving to cherish his memory is his loving wife of 42 years, Jane Lynch Key.
He was preceded in death by his father Hassell Paul Key and brother, Teddy Dale Key, Sr.
Funeral services will be held on Saturday September 21, 2013 at 1:30 pm at the Jesus’ Church of Corinth. Visitation will be from 12:00 to 1:30 at the church.
Floral tributes will be accepted or donations may be made to Jesus’ Church of Corinth, c/o Joyce Norman, Ararat, NC.
