ASHEBORO- Mr. John Cameron Nicoles, 80, of 613 Woodland Circle, died Tuesday, Jan. 27, 2004.
Arrangements by Ridge Funeral Home & Cremation Service. The funeral service for Mr. Nicoles will be held at 3:30 p.m. Saturday, Jan. 31, 2004, at the Ridge Funeral Home Chapel, with the Rev. A.J. Kendrick officiating. Entombment will follow at Randolph Memorial Park.
Mr. Nicoles was born July 22, 1923, in Eau Claire, Wis. He was retired as a Master Chief from the U.S. Navy where he served during World War II and was a Pearl Harbor survivor. He was also a boiler inspector for an insurance company. Mr. Nicoles was a member of Am Vets, American Legion Post #45 and the VFW.
