FRANK FOREYT, ROCKLAND, DIES
Funeral Services For Aged Man To Be On Tuesday.
Frank Foreyt, 86, died Saturday evening at 7:15 on the homestead in the town of Rockland where he has lived for the past 78 years. A heart attack caused his death.
Funeral services will be held Tuesday morning at 9:30 from the St. Mary's church at Reedsville. Burial will be in the adjoining cemetery.
Born in Bohemia February 1, 1850, Mr. Foreyt came to America with his parents in 1858. The family went directly to the town of Rockland, where they took up the homestead on which he died.
He was married Feb. 8, 1878 to Mary Jerabek, who died in 1933. Mr. Foreyt was a member of the Holy Name Society of the St. Mary's church.
Survivors include three daughters, Mrs. Ann Novak of Argonne, Mrs. Joseph Vondrachek of Reedsville, and Mrs. Mary Vondrachek of Manitowoc route 5; one son, Stephen, on the home farm; a sister, Mrs. Katherine Spatchek, Reedsville; 24 grandchildren and 12 great-grandchildren.
The body will lie at the home until the time of the services tomorrow.
