A short history of the family of William Jasper Adcock and America Redmon. William was America's second husband. Her first husband was James Delong, a Justice of the Peace for DeKalb County, Tennessee. William was the son of Isaac Adcock and Mary Thomasonn Pate his wife.
William Jasper Adcock and America [Redmon] Delong were married on the 12th day of April 1874 by N.Z. Judkins J.P. in DeKalb County, Tennessee. To this union were born several children which included; John A. Adcock, Isaac D. Adcock, James H. Adcock, Martha J. (Adcock) Donnell, William J. Adcock Jr., America (Adcock) Luna, Zebidee Lee Adcock, and Thomas P. Adcock.

His wife America Redmon Delong Adcock is also buried there (dob: 3/5/1842). He was the son of Isaac Adcock.
