WARD, ODIE SNEED - age 96 of Maryville, passed away Wednesday, November 21, 2001 at Blount Memorial Hospital. She was of the Baptist faith. She was preceded in death by husband, Paul Ward; parents, Wesley and Mary Sneed; daughter in law, Hettie Ward; sons in law, Bert Loggins, Albert Gregory and Ralph Morgan; grandson, Buddy Morgan; 1 brother and 2 sisters. Survivors include, children, Louise Loggins, Juanita Gregory, George Ward and wife, Wilma Ward, June Morgan, and Clayne Ward; sisters, Lauri Dawson and Effie Dockery; 14 grandchildren, 45 great grandchildren; 31 great-great grandchildren; and 1 great-great-great granddaughter. Funeral service will be at 8 p.m. Friday November 23, 2001 in the West Chapel of Smith Mortuary with Reverend Jerry Hurley officiating. Family and friends will assemble for interment at 2 p.m. Saturday, November 24, 2001 at Clarks Grove Cemetery.
