his education, graduating from

He married Helen Cady Nov. 25,
1939, in Sioux Rapids . H e farmed
until he entered the military in
November, 1943 and was discharged
in March, 1946. He then farmed for
48-1/2 years until his retirement in
November, 1988.
Thomas was a member of the
United Methodist Church in Webb,
the American Legion and Masonic
Lodge , and was a Soil
Conservation ASCS office director
and served on the R E C Board of
Directors for 36 years.
He was preceded in death by his
parents; an infant son; six brothers;
one sister; and the aunt and uncle
who raised him — Will and Gwen
Lubdt.
