Thomas Franklin Suttles, also known as Frank, was the first son born to Alice Key Tate and Robert F. Suttles in East Point, Georgia. Robert Suttles was an ex-policeman in Atlanta and they had five children. Alice divorced Robert and married James Henry Speir before 1916. They had seven children that I have found so far to include twin girls. I am not sure when Alice and her family moved to Little Rock Arkansas but that is where she and her husband died and are buried together in Hicks Cemetery. In the 1920 census for East Point, Fulton, Georgia shows Thomas living with his grandparents in East Point. He as 16 years old in that census. Jeremiah and Amanda Tate were his maternal grandparents.
