OK,, after enlarging/brightening up the pension card that gives,
"Widow, Armstrong, Cornelia K
filed: 1892 May 11- (looks like 1892)
"Minor, Armstrong, Charles H. GDN."
filed: Aug. 31, 1893
The minor child in 1893 probably, Estella B:1877
so am thinking that A J passed in 1892
and Cornelia followed him in 1893.
And Charles H. is the Gdn. Guardian...
