DEATH OF ROMEO REGNIER.
Romeo Regnier, a young musician of much promise, died Friday night at his home at 65 Bridge street of consumption, from which he had been suffering for some time. In December he went to Florida for his health, but was not benefited and returned Wednesday. He was born in Fall River, but had lived here since he was two years old. He was employed by McIntosh & Co. until he went South. He showed considerable talent as a cello player, playing with the Philharmonic orchestra, and his work was very favorably noticed in connection with the concerts of the orchestra a year ago. He leaves a father, Amable, three brothers, L.A. and Frank of this city, and R.G. of Providence, and one sister, who is at school in Quebec. The funeral will be held at St. Joseph's church at 7:30 o'clock Tuesday morning.
