Minnie was a member of the "Pomeroy Singers", comprised of her and her siblings. Her father preached at tent meetings and churches across America while his kids entertained crowds with their amazing harmony.
After Minnie married Clinton Douglas Morris, she moved with her husband to a home in Sanitaria Springs, NY. Together they had two daughters. Mabel May (Morris) Webb and Wanda Marie (Morris) Albert. About 20 years after living in Sanitaria Springs, Minnie moved to St. Petersburg, Florida with her husband, her newlywed daughter Wanda and Wanda's husband Harry Albert, and also Wanda's father and mother-in-law, Bernside Conrad Philip Albert and his wife Nancy Anita (Sutliff) Albert of Afton and West Windsor area.
Minnie lived out her life in St. Petersburg and passed away at the age of 69. She is interred beside her husband in the Royal Palm (South) Cemetery in St. Petersburg.
