A cerebral hemorrhage resulted in the death at 11 p.m. Thursday of Raymond Nutz, 45, of Schofers. He died at the Allentown hospital two hours after he had been admitted there for medical treatment. A carpenter by trade, in which occupation, he had been engaged until a few days ago, he lived in the neighborhood of Kutztown almost all of his life. He was a member of the Maxatawny Lutheran church, Maxatawny, and the woodmen lodge of Kutztown. Surviving him are his wife, Rosa, nee Bailey; his father, Edwin, who was living with him; one sister, Mrs. Paul Haas, Breinigsville; two daughters, Mrs. Harold Kemp, Kutztown, and Mrs. Harold Siegfried, at home, and one grandchild. Funeral services will be held from his late home on Monday afternoon. Interment will be made in the cemetery adjoining his church.
