THOMAS J. DUNBAR
Thomas J. Dunbar, son of the late H. J. and Jenny Dunbar, former well known La Crosse residents, died Friday at local hospital after an illness of 11 weeks.
He was born in La Crosse July 12, 1890, and grew to manhood in La Crosse. During the last 10 years he had been a resident of St. Paul.
Three sisters and one brother survive. They are Mrs. T. J. Flanagan of Milwaukee, Mrs. James B. Stevenson of Buffalo, Wyo., and Mrs. Will W. Ruplin of La Crosse and H. James Dunbar of St. Paul.
Funeral services will be help at 10:30 o’clock Monday morning at Tetley, Sletten and Dahl’s parlors. Interment will be in the family lot in Oak Grove.

In 1900, Thomas, his mother, and his four siblings were enumerated at 1711 Badger St., LaCrosse, Wisconsin [1900 U.S. Census, Wisconsin, LaCrosse Co., LaCrosse, ED 78, S. 5, entry 92/94, microfilm].

Thomas resided in Montana in March 1909 [Obituary of his mother]. From 1909 to 1918 Thomas resided at St. Paul, Minnesota.
