Mrs. Mary A. Hare, who had been very ill for several weeks, died Saturday afternoon at her home on East Third street at the advanced age of 80 years. Mrs. Hare was a native of Ireland but came to this country many years ago and for many years has resided in this county. Her husband died several years ago. The deceased leaves three children, Mrs. T.N. Brown, who resided about three miles east of the city; Alex Noble, formerly of this city, an Miss. Ellen Hare who has resided with her mother. The funeral was held Monday afternoon and was quite largely attended by relatives and sympathizing friends, Reverend Dr. Danner conducting the services.

Mrs. Mary A. Hare died of a complication of diseases at her home on Third street, in this city, Saturday. She was nearly eighty-five years old. She is survived by two daughters, Mrs. Brown and Miss. Ellen Hare, both of this city, and a son, Alex Noble, of Brooten, Minnesota. The funeral was held from her residence Monday afternoon.

Mrs. Mary A. Hare died Saturday at her home on East Third street after an illness of several weeks. The deceased was about 79 years of age. She was the mother of the later John Hare, and one son and two daughters survive her: Alex Noble, of Brooten, Minnesota; Mrs. T.N. Brown, east of town, and Miss. Ellen Hare, who resided with her mother. The funeral services were held from the home Monday afternoon, Dr. J.L. Danner and Rev. R.C. Mosher officiating.

The death of Mrs. Mary A. Hare late Saturday afternoon at her residence on East Third street was not unexpected as she had been very ill for several weeks. She was almost 79 years of age and had resided in Freeborn county many years. Her husband died while the family resided on the farm three miles east of the city, and her son, John Hare, whose insanity caused such a tragedy a year and a half ago, is well remembered. Three children survive deceased, Alex. Noble, a son by her first husband, Mrs. Brown, who resided east of the city, and Miss. Ellen Hare who resided with her mother. The funeral this afternoon was quite largely attended by sympathizing friends of the family.
