Services for Mrs. Van Beek held Friday

Funeral services for Mrs. Margaret Van Beek of Blair were held at 10:30 a.m. Friday, April 5, at the First Lutheran Church. Rev. Carl F. Schattauer officiated with organist Clare Cowing and a solo of "Old Rugged Cross". Burial followed at the Blair Cemetery.

Margaret was born December 11, 1908 in Omaha to George W. and Hilma E. (Mattson) Craig. She married Emerald Van Beek, who preceded her in death. Margaret died Tuesday, April 2, at the Crowell Home at the age of 76.

Survivors are a granddaughter, three great-grandsons, two sisters, one niece, five nephews and many friends.

She was preceded in death by her parents, two sons and one sister.
