Mr. and Mrs. W. L. McKean of Reno received word of the death of his sister, aged 62, which took place at Eastland, Texas on Monday at 4:30 AM. Elizabeth McGinnis was born near Stone Church and had lived all her married life in Franklin until the family moved to Eastland, Texas last spring. The cause of death was Typhoid Fever. Her husband is at present seriously ill wth the same disease and is hopitialized in Eastland. The body will be brought to Stone Church for burial. She is survived by children, Mrs. Audie Shaffer of Franklin; Mrs. Elsie Ashbaugh and Bert McGinnis both of Eastland. She leaves her mother, Mrs. Mary McKean of Stone Church and fourteen brothers and sisters.

John was born June, 1865 in Pennsylvania. He married Elizabeth in 1884.
