Mrs. Bonnie D. Beck, age77, of Newport, went to be with the Lord, Monday, December 31, 2012 at her home surrounded by her family and friends. She was preceded in death by her husband, Odell Beck of whom she was married to for 57 years; parents, Walter and Etta Daniels; sister, Willamae Eddington all of Newport; brother, Homer Daniels of Harriman; and two infant brothers. She is survived by her daughter and son-in-law, Kathy Beck and Roger Smith of Newport; sisters, Connie Johnson of Morristown, Maxine McCarty and Mable Jaynes of Newport; brothers-in-law and sisters-in-law, James and Shelby Beck, and Barbara and Johnny Roop of North Carolina; and a host of special, nieces, nephews, cousins, friends, and neighbors. The family would like to thank Smoky Mountain Home Health and Hospice and all the friends and family who help and stuck by the family during their time of need. The family loves you all. The family will receive friends from 5-7 pm Wednesday, January 2, 2013 at Manes Funeral Home.
