PHILIP L. SCHAFF, 57, formerly of 629 Pennsylvania Avenue, died at Western Maryland State Hospital on Thursday morning following a long illness. He was the last member of his immediate family and was a son of the late George Harris and Sarah Isabel Spielman Schaff.
Funeral services were held at the Rest Haven Funeral Chapel; burial in Rest Haven Cemetery.
