Arthur and Hazel Miller Middaugh. She was a homemaker. She is survived by three daughters, Linda (Gilbert) Hassell of Deltona, Fla, Karolyn (Thomas) Adams of Jeromesville and Jackie (Alan) Hickerson of Jeromesville, three sons, Hugh (Susan) Hootman of Stuart, Fla, William (Sue) Hootman of Jeromesville and Jeffrey (Marcia) Hootman of Jeromesville, 13 grandchildren, 25 great grandchildren, 2 sisters, Betty Fites of Wooster and Donna (Fred) Everhart of Prescott Valley, AZ, and was a foster parent (Grandma Hootman) for many other children.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Hugh Hootman on Feb. 8, 1979, three brothers, Melvin, Herbert and Virgil Middaugh and three sisters, Ila Tracy, Helen Michaels and Gladys Kinsey. Services will be 11:00 AM Wednesday November 6, 2013 at Fickes Funeral Home in Jeromesville with Pastor Scot Myers officiating. Burial will be at a later date in Jeromesville Cemetery.
