Michael Lynn Mefford, 25, of Eureka, died Friday, Nov. 1, 2013, at his home.
A viewing will be held from 10 a.m. to 7 p.m. on Wednesday, Nov. 6, at Koup Family Funeral Home, in Eureka. Memorial service will be held at 2 p.m. Sunday, Nov. 10, 2013, at Christian Hills Camp, in Eureka.
He was born Aug. 8, 1988 in Arizona, the son of Belinda Requena and John Andrew Mefford.
He attended Eureka Junior Senior High School and graduated with the Class of 2006.
He loved spending time with his family.
He is survived by: his mother, Belinda Requena of Eureka; fiancé, Patsy Elizabeth Frazier; children, Krystiana, Isaiah and Sarah; two sisters, Emily and Amber; three brothers, Adam, Gabriel and Aaron, all of Eureka; grandmother, Elsa Mefford of El Dorado; and several cousins, nieces and nephews.
He was preceded in death by his father; grandparents, Margarette and Joe Requena and Odvia Mefford.
