Margaret N. Kenney (nee Nellany), 96, of West Chester, PA passed away on October 13, 2013. Born in Philadelphia, PA in 1917, Margaret was the daughter of Bridget (Walsh) and James Nellany, both deceased. After graduating high school, she served honorably in the US Marine Corps during World War II. She was predeceased by her husband, John J. Kenney, Jr. as well as three 3 sisters and 2 brothers. Survivors: Margaret was the loving mother of Maureen K. Longshore (Edward), Margaret Bach (William), Anne Marie Cecala (Bartholomew) and John J. Kenney, III (Nancy); loving grandmother of 6 grandchildren and 6 great-grandchildren. Services: Relatives and friends are invited to her Visitation Monday, 9:00-10:00 a.m. and to her Funeral Mass 10:00 a.m., at St. Pius X Church, 220 Lawrence Road, Broomall, PA 19008. Interment: Calvary Cemetery, West Conshohocken, PA. In lieu of flowers: Memorial contributions may be made to the St. Jude Children's Research Hospital , 501 St. Jude Place, Memphis, TN 38105.
