Bolen-James Griffith Bolen, Jr., 38, of 322 W. Hill St., died Nov. 24, 1846, in Phoenix, where he went one week ago. A native of Kansas City, Mo., he had been a resident of Long Beach 10 years. He was a salesman for an oil well company. He was a veteran of World War II and a member of the American Legion. Surviving are the father, James Griffith Bolen of Illinois; mother, Mrs. Maude Bolen, Long Beach; one brother, J. Tucker Bolen, Long Beach, and one son; Benjamin Bolen of Missouri. Services will be Wednesday at 2 p.m. in Mottell's chapel.
