There is a discrepancy between the Newton, Middlesex, Massachusetts Vital Record of her birth with respect her name and her name as recorded in various other vital records consulted by this writer as well as her grave stone itself. This memorial reflects the commonly-used names and not the name in her birth record. The name in the Newton Vital Record of her birth is "Carrie Adelaide Elizabeth Richardson."

Adelaide Isabel Richardson married Herbert Edward Corbin (born in Charlestown, New Hampshire, son of James W. Corbin and Margaret E. Booker) on December 23, 1899 in Needham, Norfolk, Massachusetts. Note: the spelling of his name is Carbin rather than Corbin on the grave stone at St. Mary's. But all vital records mentioning his name consulted by this writer clearly indicate a "Corbin" rather than a "Carbin" spelling.

Nevertheless, another memorial has been created here using the Carbin spelling in order to avoid future researchers being confused by the absence of a memorial with that spelling. That other memorial can be reached by clicking here.

Cause of death according to the Natick, Middlesex, Massachusetts Vital Record of her death: "Organic heart disease; 15 yrs."
