Funeral services were held last Thursday at
2 p.m. in Immanuel Methodist Church, for Mrs.
Addie M. Bradshaw, 78, of here who died April
26 in the Retreat For The Sick Hospital, Richmond, Va., after a long illness. She had been in Richmond visiting her daughter, Mrs. Robert H. Beard.
Mrs. Bradshaw was the daughter of the late
George W. and Mary Rayfield Hayman and wife
of the late John W. Bradshaw, who died in
1966.
She was a member of Immanuel Church and treasurer of Group 5 of its WSCS, a member of the Crisfield Civic Club and the ladies Auxiliary of the American Legion Post 16.
She was also a Gold Star mother, her son, Staff Sgt. Eugene Bradshaw, having been killed in action in World War II
In addition to her daughter, she is survived by
two sisters, Mrs. Clara Betts, Crisfield, and
Mrs. Harry Campbell, Philadelphia.
The Rev. J. Edgar Clawson officiated.
Interment was in Crisfield Cemetery.
