Funeral services for Mrs. Ruth Olson will be at 10:30 a.m. Wednesday, August 1, at First Lutheran Church in Blair. Burial will follow at the Blair Cemetery.
She was the daughter of the late John and Effa (Brown) Blodgett. She was born Sept. 20, 1901 in Beatrice and died Monday, July 30. She was preceded in death by her husband Rufus Olson in 1967.
Surviving relatives include daughters (including Mrs. Reynold (Patricia) Kubie of Blair), 11 grandchildren, brother, sister Mrs. O.E. (Ethel) Gauger of Grant, sister-in-law Jerene Olberg of Northfield, Minn. and a brother-in-law.
