Died in Oelwein while traveling with the Patterson Shows. She was quire a side attraction as she a possessed beautiful flowing beard. She was billed as Madame Devere, The Kentucky Wonder. Info from her obit in Oelwein Register 6/26/1912
Suggested Edit: Mary's middle name was Ann, for some reason my memorial of Mary Ann Persinger Krepps was merged into this one, none of her family history, or bio was included in the merge. "Jane " was a stage name, but Ann was her middle name. Mary Ann, went by several names, Jane Devere, Madam Devere, and also Madam Krepps. I would like to see her middle name corrected with that of Ann. Mary Ann was a 2nd great aunt to my wife. Thanks, Dan Price
