Nels Herbert Nelson (Naturalazion Court name change- Nils Herbert Nilson Borgman on 15 Sept 1938). He was born 8 May 1907 at Mjallby, Blekinge Lan, Sweden. His father, Berndt Borgman b.11 June 1880. His mother, Emma Hakansson b.9 March 1877. He immigrated 5 Aug 1925 on Drottningholm from Gotenborg, Sweden headed for New York, New York then on to Dekalb, Illinois. He earned a seventh grade education. He married Aina Sophia (Karlsson)adopted by Victor David Anderson & his wife, Gerda Eliz. Karlson in Sweden. They married 7 May 1937 at Dekalb, Illinois. By Dec 1939, they had a daughter. He worked at as a truck driver for excavationing company (1940 census). They later owned a trucking business which his wife, did the books and cooked for the men.
