Forrest Silva "Woody" Tucker was born 23 June 1920 in Miami, Miami-Dade County, Florida.
His mother was Carmen (Silva) Tucker (who later married John Thomas Lisk.)
His father was Leroy Morgan Tucker.
He died 29 May 2004 in Texas, very likely at the former Federal Medical Center, Fort Worth in Fort Worth, Tarrant County, Texas.
He was the subject of the article "The Old Man and the Gun" in the January 27, 2003 issue of The New Yorker.
He had two children, a son and a daughter.
[He had three wives, but initially married the second and third under false names. The third was living as of 2003, not sure about the first two.]
